Lewis Schiff spoke at the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) as part of the ''Authors at NYSSA'' program, which i chair. This followed my review of his new book The Middle Class Millionaire . His book and talk were of great interest to NYSSA members, who now number in excess of 10,000 and are spread across the whole spectrum of financial services. NYSSA has long had a committee and programs on the high net worth market, which is the focus of the book. One central message of Lewis Schiff was to listen to what clients want, which is often ignored by financial professionals who are solely concerned with their investment products.
